A traditional full body massage with light to medium pressure that works gradually to release muscle tension and increase lymphatic flow. Swedish Massage increases the level of oxygen in the blood, decreases muscle toxins, and improves circulation and flexibility.

MASSAGE
Hot stone therapy is a specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes. Typically from river beds, basalt stones are used for massage as they have a rich iron content that retains heat.

Integrated Massage incorporates multiple massage techniques into each session to treat each client's individual needs and problem areas. The techniques are drawn from various massage styles including but not limited to, Swedish, acupressure and reflexology.

This massage treats all areas of the body most prone to stress and tension, such as the back, shoulders and neck, along with the upper and lower legs, arms and hands. The blend of incredible oils and the luxurious massage will send you into complete relaxation, and you'll leave feeling renewed. The benefits of the aromatherapy massage may reduce stress and anxiety, decrease muscle tension and relieve pain. It may also help to reduce the symptoms of depression, control inflammation and help with headaches.

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet or hands. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process. Some of the benefits of reflexology can result in its ability to stimulate nerve function, increase energy, boost circulation, induce a deep state of relaxation, eliminate toxins, stimulate the central nervous system, prevent migraines, clean up urinary tract condition, speed recovery after injury or surgery and help promote sleep.

Acupressure consists of pressing the acupuncture points in an attempt to help the free flow of energy in the channel(s). Acupressure is similar to acupuncture, but the person uses their fingers instead of needles to work the point. It can help relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep, relax your muscles and joints, regulate digestive issues, minimize headaches and migraines, and can also be beneficial for back pains and menstrual cramps.

SHIATSU
Shiatsu is a form of massage that utilizes the hands, thumb or other body parts, to apply direct pressure on various points or channels in the body. It uses a combination of kneading, pressing, tapping and stretching techniques. These gentle techniques aim to reduce tension and re-energize the body. It is performed through loose clothing and does not use oils. This practice has been present for thousands of years and works with the body's energy flow, known as Ki or Qi.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that may promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energetic anatomy to support your body’s natural healing ability.

Enjoy the all of the benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your home or while traveling. The practitioner will ensure you are in a comfortable relaxed environment before starting the treatment. Then, using a scared symbol, the practitioner will attune to your energy and work on areas for relief.
